Since we grow our vegetables from seed, availability is dependent on seasonality and germination rates which are difficult to project in advance. If possible, we will also be offering some select starts / seedlings for sale.
Beans - Bush and Pole, including Asparagus Bean varieties – purple, yellow & green
Beets - Round varieties
Broccoli - Early, mid and late varieties
Brussel Sprouts - Purple and Green varieties.
Cabbage - Round Head in Green and Red and Ornamental varieties
Carrots - Danvers, Nantes, Imperator & Chantenay varieties and a variety of colors from orange, white to purple.
Cauliflower - White
Corn - SE, SY, SH2 and ornamental varieties.
Cucumber - Slicing: English, Field and Pickles. We will also have caged planters
Eggplant - Italian and Common
Garlic - A variety of Hard Necked - Purple Stripe, Rocambole, and Porcelyn
Gourds - Ornamental
Jerusalem Artichokes - White
Kale - Lacinato, Red Russian, Dwarf Scotch and Ornamental
Leeks - Summer variety
Lettuce - Butterhead, Romaine, Loose Leaf, Crisphead
Onions - Yellow sweet Spanish, Red Karmen. Bunching Onions and Shallots
Parsnips - Albion
Peas - Shelling, Snow and Sugar Snap
Sweet Peppers - A variety of sweet peppers including red, green, purple, banana/yellow and orange.
Hot Peppers - A variety of hot peppers including Jalapeno, Ancho Grande/Poblano (when green), Hungarian Hot Wax, Mad Hatter, Cayenne, Cherry, Tabasco, Chili, Serrano Tempiqueno, Habanero, Bird's Beak and Ornamental.

Radish - Spring

Spinach - A variety of smooth, savoyed and semi-savoyed types
Summer Squash - Pepo Family / Zucchini, Moschata Family/Summer Crookneck
